Srushti
is an initiative from Ranjitha Laxman to contribute to Sadhguru’s vision to
offer the timeless science of Classical Hatha Yoga in all its purity and make it
available to every human being.
Classical Hatha Yoga
Classical yoga comprises of various methods to elevate
and purify one’s energies and raise one’s perception to its peak. Today,
however, the refined tools of classical yoga have been largely lost or grossly
distorted due to socio‐cultural misunderstandings that have accumulated over
many centuries. Only in a very few places, the classical system endures with its
full vibrancy and sanctity. Moreover, access to this system has been
traditionally reserved for the hardiest seekers and monks who devote their
entire lives to spiritual sadhana and austerity.
It is Sadhguru’s
vision to revive this ancient science in all its purity and make it available to
every individual.

Introductory session on Yoga
This is offered for those who are willing to know about classical hatha yoga and include few simple yoga practices to their daily life. This is offered free of cost to large group of people who are willing to know about Isha Hatha Yoga and include some simple Isha yoga practices to their daily Life. These are simple yet powerful practices which brings physical and mental well-being when practiced with total involvement. This is offered in both English and Kannada Languages.
Upa Yoga
Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-yoga dispels inertia in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system. It relieves physical stress and tiredness.

Surya Kriya
Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner well-being. “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Surya Shakti
Surya” means “Sun, “and “Shakti” means “energy”. Surya Shakti is an dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures. Surya Shakti is a complete process, which is largely physical in nature. If you do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti, it will make you fit and you will not need any other form of exercise.
Angamardana
Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers
everyone the
opportunity to invigorate the body and reach

health. “Angamardana” means
gaining complete mastery over the limbs,

other parts of the body. True to its name, this
practice
revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles,

Yogasanas
Yogasanas are physical postures through which one can transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing. Bhuta Shuddhi
The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.
